Your sessions

Open Library. Your sessions are listed under their day, newest first, and each row says where the session is kept: In your account or On this device. In a team, a session in your account shows the name of the project it is filed in, or Only you until you file it in one. Folder and Tag narrow the list.

A session's page

Press a session to open its page. It shows the title, the day and the length, the report, Your notes, Tags, Folder (Project in a team) and the Transcript with its times. The report has five parts: Summary, Decisions, Action items, Next steps and Open questions. Press quote at the end of a line to see the transcript words it rests on. Press a quote's time to go to that line in the transcript. The pencil beside the title, Rename, changes the title. Your notes are saved when you leave their field.

How the report is made

A session gets its report a few minutes after it ends, if it has at least 5 minutes of listening and 150 transcribed words. A shorter session says why it has none. A session kept on this device gets its report on its end panel and keeps it on this device. Each line of the report rests on words from the transcript. A line whose words are not in the transcript, or that says more than they do, is left out. If the report of a session kept in your account could not be made, Try again on its page makes it again at no cost. A made report of a session kept in your account can be made again once. That uses six of the month's questions for each started hour of the session.

Type your words in Search what you kept at the top of the Library. Search finds whole words and the start of a word. The results are the sessions that hold your words, and each opens its session at the line it matched. Without a connection, the search covers what this device holds.

Ask a question

Ask, at the top of the Library, answers a question about what you kept in sentences, each beside the exact words it rests on. Look in chooses Kept sessions and documents, This device or Both. A sentence the passages do not support is left out, and when no sentence holds, Ask shows the closest passages. Your question goes to OpenAI as you wrote it, with up to 8 short passages of what you kept and their titles. In the passages, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment and ID numbers are replaced first. Each month you have 50 questions on Free and 500 on Plus and Pro, and each member of a team has 500. Ask says how many are left.

Add documents as sources

Open Documents at the top of the Library and press Add a document to add a PDF, Word, text or Markdown file of up to 10 MB. Ask can then quote it. SaysHere keeps its text, and the file is not kept. A scanned PDF holds no text to read, so it is refused. A workspace's documents hold up to 1,000,000 characters on Free, 5,000,000 on Plus, 10,000,000 on Pro and 10,000,000 for each member of a team. The page shows how many are used.
