Save notes to Notion
Connect your Notion to save your notes there as new pages. SaysHere adds pages and reads none of yours.

What SaysHere may do in Notion
SaysHere adds a new page of your notes to your Notion when you press Save to Notion. It cannot read, change or delete your pages.
SaysHere asks Notion for one capability, Insert content, with No user information, under which Notion gives it no one's name, picture or email address. The Notion row on Integrations shows them as Notion capabilities. The connection is yours alone: it saves only what you save.
Connect Notion
Open Integrations and press Connect Notion in the Notion row. Notion shows the access SaysHere asks for. Choose the workspace and press Allow access.
Back on Integrations, a notice says "Notion is connected. Open a note and press Save to Notion to add it there." The row reads "Connected to Acme in Notion" with your workspace's name in place of Acme. One workspace is connected at a time: to use another, disconnect first.
Save a note
In Notes, open a note and press Save to Notion at the top of the editor; on a phone the key is Notion's mark alone. SaysHere adds the note's title and text to your Notion as a new page, with its headings, lists and checklists in Notion's own form. When the page is made, the editor says "Saved to Notion." with Open the page. If Notion stops partway through, it says "Notion stopped partway through, so the page may be missing part of the notes." with the same link; open the page before you save again.
Save a session's notes
On a session's page, press Export, then Save to Notion, under Copy the notes. SaysHere sends Notion what Copy the notes copies: the session's title, the summary, the decisions, the action items and the open questions with their quotes, and your own notes. It never sends the transcript. When the page is made, the sheet says "Saved to Notion." with Open the page, which opens it in a new tab. If Notion stops partway through, the sheet says so with the same link.
Each save makes a new page at the top of your workspace, which only you can open until you share it in Notion. On Notion's Enterprise Plan, the workspace's owners can still find it through Notion's content search.
If Notion is not connected, the sheet says "Connect Notion on the Integrations page to save the notes there." with Open Integrations in the key's place.
What SaysHere keeps
SaysHere keeps the grant Notion gives it, sealed under its own key, with your workspace's id and name and the connection's id at Notion. It keeps no copy of the notes you save and no record of the pages. The pages stay in your Notion, under Notion's own terms, after you disconnect and after you delete your SaysHere account.
Disconnect Notion
Press Disconnect in the Notion row. When "Disconnect Notion?" opens, press Disconnect again, or Keep it connected to leave it as it is. SaysHere deletes its access and asks Notion to end it. Deleting your account does the same.
If Notion does not confirm, the row says "SaysHere deleted its access. Notion did not confirm the end, so remove SaysHere under Settings, Connections in Notion." In Notion, open Settings, then Connections, select the menu next to SaysHere and choose Disconnect.
