Renewal terms
SaysHere Team: 29.00 US dollars a seat a month, with 35 hours of listening for each seat each month, pooled for the team. A seat is charged when an invited person joins. The charge covers the rest of the monthly or yearly billing period. A departing member's seat stays paid until the current monthly allowance window ends. Someone joining before then can use it. If its removal from the next bill has already been prepared, joining adds the prorated price for the remaining time. When a yearly seat is released, the unused part of its yearly price is credited to future invoices. By buying the plan, your organisation instructs SaysHere to delete a departing member's private kept sessions in the team whenever their membership ends. It also instructs SaysHere to delete the files they added to the team from Google Drive, including those they shared. Everything else they shared with the team stays with it under their name. Their personal workspace is untouched. The plan renews automatically every month at this price for each seat until you cancel.

Billing questions
When am I charged?
When you buy, then on the same date each month or each year until you cancel. Before a yearly plan renews, we email you.
What happens when my hours run out?
The session ends and the page tells you. Your hours come back when your month renews. On Free or Plus you can move up a plan from your account page. On Plus or Pro you can add 10 hours for $9 from Listen or the Plan tab. Added hours expire 30 days after you buy them.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, from your account page. Moving up starts at once, and the hours you've used this month carry over. Moving down or cancelling takes effect when the period you paid for ends.
What counts as listening time?
Time counts from the moment you press Start until the session ends, to the second, and a session counts against the month it started in. Free hours renew on the first of each month. Paid hours renew on the day of the month your plan began.
