Export a session or your whole library
Save a session you kept as a file your other tools can read, or move your whole library to another device in one file.

Export a session
On a session's page, press Export and choose a format. Markdown, Plain text, Word and JSON each hold the summary, the decisions, action items and open questions with their quotes, your own notes, and the transcript with its times. CSV holds the action items, each with its owner, its first quote and that quote's time. SRT and VTT hold the transcript as subtitles with times. Every plan has every format.
Copy or print a session
In the same sheet, Copy the notes copies the summary, decisions, action items and open questions with your own notes, without the transcript. Print or save as PDF opens your browser's print dialog with the session laid out for paper, where you can also save it as a PDF. Files you save carry the speaker names this device holds. Nothing sent to SaysHere carries them.
Save the notes to Notion
Once you connect Notion on Integrations, the same sheet offers Save to Notion under Copy the notes. It saves the same notes, without the transcript, as a new page in your Notion, and the sheet then links the page.
Move your library to another device
In the Library, Export everything saves one zip file of your whole library. On the other device, press Import in the Library and choose that file. The sheet says how many sessions the file holds and how many are already there. Press the key that imports them, such as Import 2 sessions. Imported sessions are kept on this device. A session already on the device is skipped, so importing the same file twice adds nothing.
