Make a link

On the page of a session you kept in your account and made yourself, press Share once its report is made. The link shows the report: its summary, decisions, action items, next steps and open questions. Each line comes with the transcript words it rests on. Share the transcript too asks a second time before the transcript goes with the link, and the link never carries a speaker's name. Tick the box I'm allowed to share what the other people said. Then choose how long The link lasts: 1 day, 7 days or 30 days, with 7 days chosen first. Press Create link, then Copy to put the link on your clipboard. To share a session kept on this device, export it as a file.

Who can read the link

Anyone with the link can read the session in their browser, with no account, until the link ends. Your browser encrypts the copy before it leaves, and the key is part of the link, so SaysHere can't read the copy. A session has up to 10 open links at once, and you can make up to 30 links in an hour.

When a link ends

A link stops working when its days run out, when you revoke it, when its session is deleted, when you leave the team it was made in, or when the team switches links off. To revoke one, press Share on the session's page, find the link under Links to this session, press Revoke and confirm. Anyone who opens a link that has ended reads "This link has ended."

Links in a team

In the team's Sharing section of the account page, the team's Owner and Admins can switch Share links off. Every open link of the team then stops at once, and the Share dialog makes no new link until the switch is on again. A link that stopped stays stopped.
